Inside the ship of Pirate of Sun, Tiger scolds Jinbe and Arlong
Tiger tells them to not kill human. He asks them if they want to lower themselves to their level
Tiger preaches that revenge isn't the answer, freeing the abused is the way.
He swears they will not kill anyone.
Arlong argues back, but is smacked down by Jinbe
Bounty of 230 million for Tiger and 76 million for Jinbe are placed upon.

Meanwhile, Queen Otohime is busy collecting signatures for petition to live in peace with humans.

A boy who ran away from Mariejois during Tiger's freeing of slaves (his name is Koala. Could be a girl) is on the island.
(aohige note: Koala talks in a girl's speech, so I'm sure it's a girl)
Her parents live far away from the island, and the inhabitants of this island can't take him there, so they ask the fishmen pirates.
They agree to it, but because she's a human, Arlong hits her.

Oh wow, unrelated topic, but T just gave ending 5 TOC and next issue info.

Next issue (after this double issue) is Kochikame on the cover and opening manga, celebrating its 1700th chapter.
As amazing as that number is, I kinda expected kochikame to be already in 2000+ lol.

As for the chapter....
If we are to assume this last part with Koala's introduction is around 13 years ago (3 years after the 16 years ago start), she should be a hottie by now.
I'd like to see her in present time please (assuming she's even alive).

Koala: Maaf! aku akan bekerja! aku akan melakukan apa saja! aku akan terus bersih-bersih! ... tapi tolong jangan pukul aku.. MAAF!
Tidak peduli apapun yang terjadi, aku berjanji untuk tidak menangis.. tolong jangan bunuh aku!
Jinbe: kau takut pada kami?
Tampaknya Koala begitu lama menjadi budak sampai bisa berperilaku begitu.
Tiger membawanya ke sebuah kamar, dan memperbaharui tanda bekas budak pada anak tersebut

Coverstory From the Deck of the World vol.8: Usopp pirates have grown up a bit

Flashback to 16 years ago, Fishman Island
A burglar takes a hostage and runs, but Queen Otohime (mermaid of goldfish) dodges bullets and punches the burglar,
but bones in her hand breaks in pieces
Otohime's body is very fragile compared to others, but she's a good person.

One day captain Arlong appears to try and take away the petition from the soldiers, but Jinbe stops him.
Jinbe was a soldier in the army
She says he's not interested in the petition form, but it's important to the Queen, and tells him to give it back

Arlong lets go the soldier as Jinbe told him.
Arlong calls him brother (aniki, older bro, somoene you look up to), but Jinbe calls Arlong trash, dirt, etc
As the Adventurer Fisher Tiger comes back from his adventure, Jinbe and Arlong both calls him brother Tai (aniki, again)
Tiger is greatly admired by the people of the island

Description of Fishman Town
The place was initially a massive orphanage.

Raja Neptune memberitahu Ratu Otohime kalau itu tidak ada gunanya. Dulu pernah dicoba tapi gagal.
Jimbei juga mengatakan hal itu sia-sia.

Otohime mempunyai Kebunshoku Haki (Color of Observation)

Suatu hari Arlong muncul dan ingin menghancurkan harapan itu..lalu Jimbei menghentikannya.
Jimbei adalah prajurit di kerajaan.

Arlong memangil Jimbei bro, kakak, abang, ato semacamnya lah.
tapi Jimbei memanggil Arlong seperti sampah ato orang jahat tak berguna

Tiger pulang dari petualangannya. Dia sangat di kagumi oleh warga di "Pulau Duyung"

Penjelasan mengenai "Kota Manusia Ikan"

Tempat itu awalnya sebuah panti asuhan besar.
Tapi tempat itu tiba-tiba merosot, dan tidak bisa ditangani lagi.

Tiger merupakan pemimpin Kota Manusia Ikan,

Zoro seems to have moved faster than Hodi in water, and landed the slash.
The New Fishman Pirates supply the ES
Neptune makes a way for them, but then grabs Zoro, Usopp, and Brook and does a massive version of the current throw, Ultra Marine.
As the NFP pirates are being washed away, some of the underlings supply Hodi with ES
Neptune lags behind in the escape due to age, but calls up Hoe to attempt to get away
Zoro's breath is running out. Neptune is capture by doped up Hodi by one hand, and Zoro and co are also caught by the NFP
Neptune orders his men to get Fukaboshi and the other two.

Luffy and Shirahoshi arrive at the Forest of Sea.
Franky and Jinbe joins up, Jinbe is surprised to see Shirahoshi there.
Next he is surprised to see Hachi all beaten up
Sanji finally restores to his normal self
Another axe comes flying from Decken, but Luffy takes care of it
Nami and Camie also joins up
Jinbe acknowledges the situation.
Some details of his gratitude and apology are revealed

As for the script, the only extra revelation would be Nami realizing (or thinks she realizes) why Jinbe said not to fight Hodi.
She's heading to see Jinbe to confirm her thoughts, she thinks he knows the root of this problem.

She hopes Zoro doesn't piss off Hodi before it's too late. (sorry Nami, I think it's too late. )

Chopper warns Sanji not to turn around under any circumstances. Sanji gives some speech I think about death not stopping him from achieving his dream and turns around. He petrifies.
Luffy and Co get tied up by the townpeople and then VDD arrives and proposes to Shirahoshi. The townpeople panic, but Luffy quiets them with Haki and attacks VDD with a two-legged kick, I assume because he's still tied up, which burries VDD in the ground.
I think Shirahoshi breaks Luffy's bonds and then Wadatsumi appears and Luffy uses the Jet Pistol.

Now it gets a bit iffy. Luffy, Shirahoshi and Megalo apparently continue towards the forest of the sea.
Scene change to Nami and Keimi who have gotten out of the palace and look over the forest of the sea.

Something about wanting to meet someone and Usopp I don't get and we go to Zoro. I think both him and Hodi are bleeding and Hodi gives us the Arlong crazy eye. That's about it.

Hodi destroys the island without the use of ES, and sea water gushes into the palace

He randomly attacks the soldiers
The King stands in front of everyone as shield

Zoro and Hodi fight starts
Zoro uses a new one-sword move (Sorry, can't read. made-up word, need furigana to see what Oda made up here lol), but Hodi uses one of his own men as shield to block
Zoro tells Usopp to cut the ropes of the detained

Zoro dan Hodi mulai bertarung
